Making a purchase is so easy at our online store. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Your card will be charged on placing the order, which will of course be promptly refunded, if any items are unavailable. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. We accept Visa , Mastercard, Switch, and Solo.
All credit card details are checked against fraud - all frauds will be passed on to the police without question - so fraudsters beware you will be caught. Your email address will only be used to communicated details relating to your order & to gather feedback on our services.
Please Note : in some instances we do rely on our suppliers for stock, and if their stock levels are incorrect - we may not be able to supply certain products. In these cases you will be informed & offered a refund or alternative product. We do back order products if not immediately available, usually for a maximum of 2 weeks, unless requested for a longer period of time by the customer. All orders made by the customer are may on the basis of an 'offer to buy', which means that if we have made a mistake in the pricing of an item, or inventory, we have the right to cancel the order at any time, as does the customer.

Delivery to a Different Address

We will only deliver to the registered card holders address or a registered business address such as your work address. Will do not deliver to private addresses that differ from the card holders address.

Risks on the internet are the same as in mail order. If you feel confident to purchase by phone, fax or mail, you should be confident to buy on the internet. In fact, your rights are the same whether shopping on the net or in the high street. In the EU they are covered by the Distance Selling Directive; in the UK, by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Trade Descriptions Act 1976 as well. If you receive faulty goods you have the right to a full refund. The only exception is when buying from abroad. 

The risk is actually no greater than using your card in a large store – where the person behind you can read it; or in a restaurant, where the card often disappears and could be skimmed and cloned.

Many people don’t realize the extent of protection that their credit card companies provide. It’s simple. If you get transactions charged to your account which you didn’t authorise, you can request a refund from your credit card issuer.

Shipping And Handling Both Shipping & Handling is included in the price for UK mainland for orders over £40. Northern Ireland, British Isles and Channel Islands may be charged a small postage fee dependent on weight. All goods are sent via Royal Mail or Courier Guaranteed Delivery. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package - if nobody is available the courier a card will be left by the courier - delivery will be attempted twice - the goods will be then left in the depot for collection for 5 working days. A 3rd delivery attempt will be charged for.
As we offer Free delivery - If the package has to be redirected to another address by request of the customer, after dispatch - an additional delivery charge of a minimum of £4.99 will be charged, as an extra delivery will be charged by the courier. If the package is returned to us after non-collection by the customer from the depot the delivery charge will not be refunded. If you request re-delivery after return of the package a delivery charge will be made.
Delivery Schedule - we will normally dispatch your order to you within 1-2 working days for 'Green BUY Button' products & 2-5 for other products dependent on our stocks and supplier stocks - please allow up to 5 working days during busy periods. We will contact you within this period if a product is out of stock.
Back Orders - if your item is not in stock, we can back order for you for one month only from the date of your order. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Pre-Orders will be delivered as soon as they arrive with us.
Credit Card Security - Transactions are only made within a secure server - you can see the the Gold Padlock when ordering. Due to our website being PCI Compliant - we do not hold customers credit card details. All credit card details are checked against fraud - all frauds will be passed on to the police without question. 
Paypal - If you have any issues with your order you must contact sales. Raising a dispute through the Paypal system locks any transaction associated with your account until the dispute runs it's course, so sales are unable to provide refund or products on your account. Contact sales and they will remedy any issues you have promptly.
Guarantee - We guarantee your satisfaction. If you order incorrectly, you may return the item to us by Royal Mail Recorded delivery (we are not responsible for packages which we do not receive) within 28 days for a refund. If we make a mistake we will rectify it. All rights reserved. Any complaints, will be handled fairly, be confidential, and effective.
Sizing - Our sizing charts act as a guide only, based on industry standard and information provided by manufacturer. Brand sizing may differ from brand to brand, guarantee sizing is exact..
If you use our Customer Support line, your query will be dealt with immediately, and resolved as soon as possible. If your query cannot be resolved immediately, you will be kept informed of the progress, and when a resolution should be reached. Unsolicited e-mail - We will not send random and untargeted unsolicited e-mail. Any unsolicited e-mail that we do send will be clearly identifiable as such. You can chose not to accept this unsolicited e-mail, by deleting it from your in-tray. When you join MX1 Membership, you will be added to our mailing list as part of the deal. 

Christmas Deliveries

We will do all we can to provide the products ordered in time for the festive period within the specified dates, but can never make any guarantees, as we reply on 3rd party couriers and Royal mail to deliver. A very small amount from the 1000's of packages sent do sometimes get delayed due to weather, get damaged or go missing - we will refund these items in full, but will not offer compensation in these cases.

Gift Vouchers

Our gift vouchers are non-refundable, as they are produce as a customer item to the customer. They can be used in part or full, but must be used within 6 months of purchase. Any items purchased using a gift voucher can be returned for an exchange or credit, but not for a refund.

Warranty / Faulty Product Information

Please Note: Because of the nature of some of our 'Technical Products', the returned item may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection & testing, which can take up to 10 working days (please ensure you leave time for this procedure). Technical products require special care / washing / maintenance, and goods will inspected to ensure that these guidelines have been followed by the customer. Failure to follow the specific guidelines for these products will void the warranty. Products affected by incorrect washing can & will be tested by the manufacturers.
