Warranty Returns Please Note: Because of the nature of some of our 'Technical Products', the returned item may be returned to the manufacturer for inspection & testing, which can take up to 10 working days (please ensure you leave time for this procedure). Technical products require special care /washing / maintenance, and goods will inspected to ensure that these guidelines have been followed by the customer. Failure to follow the specific guidelines for these products will void the warranty. Products affected by incorrect washing can & will be tested by the manufacturers.
