Delivery to a Different Address
We will only deliver to the registered card holders address or a registered business address such as your work address. Will do not deliver to private addresses that differ from the card holders address.

Speed of delivery
We use Royal Mail Packetpost and Express Courier Guaranteed delivery services. It is one of our critical aims to deliver your goods as quickly as it is possible. We try to ship 'in stock' items within 1 day - 95% of orders are despatched within this time. However, during busy periods - please allow 2-5 working days. In some instances we do rely on our suppliers for stock (if an item has a blue buy button), and if their stock levels are incorrect - we may not be able to supply certain products. If this is the case you will be informed and offered a similar alternative or refund.

Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package, and that the delivery address given contains all the relevant information needed to deliver the package - failure to provide the full delivery address may incur a delay or further charges.

Once you order has been despatched, please allow up to 2-5 working days for delivery, before querying the order after dispatch. Providing a mobile telephone number when placing your order, will allow us to text up to date tracking information for courier deliveries. As we offer Free delivery on most order, if the package has to be redirected to another address by request of the customer, after despatch an additional delivery charge of a minimum of £2.65 will be charged, as an extra delivery will be charged by the courier. If the package is returned to us after non-collection by the customer from the depot the delivery charge will not be refunded. Tracking Your Order
To View the Status of your order, login to your account Here and click on your Order ID number which was emailed to you when you placed your order, to view the status of your order and any messages relating to your order. Providing a mobile telephone number when placing your order, will allow us to text up to date tracking information for courier deliveries.

Christmas Deliveries
We will do all we can to provide the products ordered in time for the festive period within the specified dates, but can never make any guarantees, as we reply on 3rd party couriers and Royal mail to deliver. A very small amount from the 1000's of packages sent do sometimes get delayed due to weather, get damaged or go missing - we will refund these items in full, but will not offer compensation in these cases.

International / European Orders
We do supply outside the UK for online orders only. Just add the product(s) to the cart, and view your basket - this will allow you to select the relevant country, and will give you the shipping charges. If you decide not to go ahead with the order simply remove the product(s) from the basket. Delivery times are dependant on many factors but we work hard to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Delivery in Europe will take approximately 3-5 days after despatch. The price of delivery outside of the UK is dependent on the weight & value of the order so if you add the items required to your shopping cart, view the shopping basket and this will show the shipping charges.

Will I Have to Pay Duty / Taxes in my Country?
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included. Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.
