How to Place Your Order
We will guide you through placing your order at MX1
Product Search (typed in)- Product finder (top right) which allows you to search for products by product name, part of the product name or product code. This result will show you all products relating to your search.
By Category - Select a section category from the dropdown lists on the left hand side of any page and see all relevant products. Click the main section you need & these categories also contain sub-categories/sections, which will contain the products.
By Size- Once you find the section you need, you can 'Filter By The Size' what you require within the categories. This will only show all the products available in our store in the size you have selected.
By Manufacturer - Select a brand from the dropdown list in the Search box on the top right of any page and see all Products by that manufacturer. Once you have found your way to your desired products, simply click on the colour and size from our new size grid to store that item in your shopping basket. You can then choose to go straight to the checkout or continue to browse the website for other products you may wish to buy. Our size/colour grid lets you instantly view which sizes and colours are available to you, and the timescales involved in delivering your orders
You can delete items from the shopping cart as you wish or add extra products. A running total is displayed along with thumb nail pictures at the top right hand side. Once you are ready to proceed, simply click on 'Pay Now' and you will be taken to review 'Your Basket'
You can then enter the few details that we will need to be able to satisfy your order. Credit Card details are taken via our certified secure server. If you have a promotional code, or a membership code - this can be entered in the Promotional Code box as shown above. Enjoy shopping at MX1 Fox Racing clothing. Because we are PCI compliant your card will be charged on placing the order. If a product is unavailable, this will be of course promptly refunded.
When you place an order on our website please make sure that your Account/Home address is the address your credit/debit card is registered to. Your card authorisation process is checked against your Account address and if it is not correct your card will be declined and your order delayed until we receive the correct details from you. Please note, that due to security reasons, if you are a new customer placing your first order on our site, it must be despatched to your credit card billing address (the address assigned to your credit card used for payment) or registered business works address.
