Warranty Returns Please Note: Because of the nature
of some of our 'Technical Products', the returned item may be returned
to the manufacturer for inspection & testing, which can take up
to 10 working days (please ensure you leave time for this procedure).
Technical products require special care /washing / maintainence, and
goods will inspected to ensure that these guidelines have been followed
by the customer. Failure to follow the specific guidelines for these
products will void the warranty. Products affected by incorrect washing
can & will be tested by the manufacturers.

We pride ourselves on the level of service we offer and understand that
sometimes you will need to speak to a member of staff for help &
advice Please use the online enquiries as your first option. The telephone
service is limited to business hours and by the incoming lines. Our
large number of incoming calls can sometimes make it difficult to get
through - please email the relevant department as above if this is the
case. We would always advise to use our secure online ordering system,
as orders are processed more quickly & efficiently using this system.
