Delivery Information

The MX1 warehouse handles thousands of mailorder packages monthly and ship internationally. We use Royal Mail Packetpost and Guaranteed courier delivery services. It is one of our critical aims is to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, as it in out best interest to keep you (the customer happy. We aim to ship stock items within 1 working day and 95% of orders are dispatched within this timescale. During busy periods please allow 2-5 working days for dispatch. In some instances we do rely on our suppliers for stock (this information is shown above in the ‘BUY’ grid as a blue BUY button) If their stock levels are incorrect, we may not be able to supply certain products. If this is the case you will be informed and offered a similar alternative, upgrade or refund. Please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the package, and that the delivery address given contains all the relevant information needed to deliver the package - failure to provide the full delivery address may incur a delay. Delivery charges are calculated when you add items to your basket, and select the required deliver country.

Returns

If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you have 90 days to return - no questions asked. MX1 websites conform to the 'Distance Selling Regulations', which are designed to protect you when buying items by mail order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund/exchange if they don't fit, you've ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or you simply don't like what you've ordered. There is no need to contact us before you make a return unless you think that our help and advice may avoid you having to return the goods (in the case of a fitting problem etc).
